Family Training Hour is designed to target each age group from nursery to senior adults, with bible training and discussion. Alternative classes are made available on specific subjects as well. Younger kids are split into boys and girls clubs and teenagers have their own service designed to meet their spiritual needs. Jim Leffew is the head of the FTH department and looks for more teacher training and development as the answer to stepping up to the next level. On the 1st Wednesday of every month the adults divide into Men’s and Women’s ministry meetings. The appeal of this hour of training is the smaller intimate settings with others the same age, makes open discussion about personal matters a bit easier. This time serves as a great pick-me-up in the middle of the week where we can love and encourage one another. Don’t neglect this important time of personal growth and discipleship.
